FAQ
Here are the answers to some questions we get a lot!
Coworking is all about sharing productive space and resources with a community of local professionals and creatives. A swiftly growing global trend in big cities and small towns alike, coworking provides the opportunity to work in your own community on your own terms (and for one reasonable monthly payment with no strings attached!)
We have adjusted our operation in numerous ways in response to COVID-19. We ask our members to follow the latest guidelines and best practices regarding masks, social distancing, etc. We’ve increased our cleaning procedures and added more preventative products around our spaces including hand sanitizers, extra masks, and surface sprays. Our large spaces enable lots of physical separation between members.
The short answer: use the yellow door off the alley adjacent to City Hall (you’ll need an access code to enter, or give us a call and we’ll come down and meet you).
The longer answer: nestled on the third floor of the dynamic and historic Hawks and Reed building, access to our first space can be a little tricky for first-timers. We suggest scheduling a tour or otherwise getting in touch to arrange a first visit. Once you’re oriented, we’ll provide what you need to come and go as you please from then on.
Our second space is located on the second floor of 278 Main Street (look for our sign along the north side of Main Street between Rise Above and GCC’s Downtown Center).
As an urban building in the heart of Downtown Greenfield, we don’t have a dedicated parking supply. For an extended visit, we suggest using the public lot just behind the Wilson’s lot ($2 for 10 hours). There’s also the new Olive Street parking garage a block away, 4-hour parking behind City Hall, and street parking throughout downtown. Many of our members also just walk or bike!
We’re happy to consider special deals for folks if our standard membership options don’t quite meet your needs. For example:
- We worked with multiple companies to structure deals for teams of 2 to 10 people that are tailored to their specific operations.
- We’ve set individuals and small groups up in private rooms on a daily basis.
- We can set aside public area for special projects such as if you need some space to spread out temporarily.
